ÍøºìÇ°Èα¬ÁÏ has been named a Mosaic Top 20 award recipient for its commitment to an inclusive workforce culture. The award was presented at the Tulsa Regional Chamber’s inaugural Economic Inclusion Forum. ÍøºìÇ°Èα¬ÁÏ was named a Mosaic Top 20 as a result of a workplace diversity study completed by more than 100 businesses and organizations.

ÍøºìÇ°Èα¬ÁÏ’s commitment to diversity and inclusion begins with its mission, core values, and strategic plan. Diversity is one of the College’s five key areas listed in the core value statement. ÍøºìÇ°Èα¬ÁÏ believes diversity is our common bond and has a sincere appreciation for and cultivation of differences that enrich the lives of students, employees, the community and the education experience.

ÍøºìÇ°Èα¬ÁÏ is proud to be named a 2013 Mosaic Top 20 Inclusive Workforce. The designation helps support the work done each day at ÍøºìÇ°Èα¬ÁÏ in serving underserved and underrepresented populations in higher education through our outreach programs; addressing diversity, equity and inclusion in our environment through a Diversity Council; and developing partnerships with community, ethnic, and cultural associations at all levels.
